Sufficient variety of fitness machines. Poor hygiene and staff competence. Delivered quality adheres to low price point. Would not recommend.

I do not understand why the reviews are so bad. I have been a member since February and never had a problem. The staff is friendly, there are enough machines, and it is usually not very crowded.

Please PLEASE, do not sign up for this gym if you don't want to get into troubles. I feel that every review here is absolutely correct. My experience was the same when I initially signed up they got the wrong plan and as a result I didn't have access to some facilities. But this wasn't the worse experience yet.. Only if I knew what was coming..
After I had to leave the country due to personal reasons, I decided to cancel my membership with the gym. As stated on my contract and their TC I paid 3 months of my membership and cancelled my contract... A few months after they started charging my bank account and I started getting bullying emails from them that I haven't paid my membership. They never replied to my emails and continue with threatening me.. Not answering my calls when I want to discuss the matter..
Absolute joke of a customer service!! If you reached this far into my review, please save yourself the headaches of signing up.. It's not worth your time and stress to work with them.

It's an OK gym. Pretty good inside, modern. The most I don't like is that there are a lot of machines that don't work properly or work at all. Also the fact that the womens bathroom has always a broken since, since years, and the other one is also often clugued. But the cheap price wins it for me. I don't do classes, only basic machines and it's 20 euros per month. Just be careful, they have so many issues when you cancel your contract

Speechless....so bad. Don't even try to sign contract there folks. Just saying. Dear Fitness users, I've written my review due to my very bad experiences of the year 2020; in 2021 I only visited the brunch because it was about the termination of my user contract. I hope very much for you that the old or new tenant has finally taken care of the grievances of cleanliness and fresh air as well as motivated, friendly employees. One should also take into account the users with diseases such as mild asthma ( me for example), since everyone is entitled to sports in the clean u0026 undoubtedly with access to the fresh air in the gym. In that sense all the best for you all and watch out before you sign the contract there. Peace and stay healthy!!!

Staff at reception is not informed, gives underwelming answers and is generally unhelpful. During lockdown (7 months) the showers have been updated but without shelves for shower products, no towel hangers and no ventilation, it's very warm and humid in the changing rooms. No ventilation at the course studio either. Broken training equipment stays out of order for weeks. The only good thing I can say about this place is that some of the course trainers are excellent.
