Chris helped me land an awesome engagement ring that my fiancée fell in love with. He was very considerate, patient and always offering different options during the process. He is also a very outgoing person and made the whole process enjoyable. I was so happy with how things went that I went back for the wedding bands. Great service, great people. Would definitely recommend!

After my fiancé bought my engagement ring here, we also wanted to get our wedding rings from the same shop. We were very happy with the help and guidance. If you book an appointment you get more than enough time and assistance, and as we ordered them a bit late, event the reassurance to get the rings on time. Excellent consulting :-)

We bought an engagement ring in this shop one year ago. The ring is very unique and beautiful. The price is reasonable. My wife and I love it so much. Mr. Chris worked with us and introduced this ring. He is very friendly and helpful. Last week, we bought again a couple of rings for us there. We met Mr. Chris again and were very pleased with his service. He also offered a discount for buying the rings. I can say the service is outstanding. The quality of rings is outstanding. And the price is reasonable.

Exceptional! Absolutely Exceptional. We had our own unique engagement ring design in mind and were nervous as to who we could trust to ensure the perfect diamond and deliver a high quality product. I had gone into several places previously in Munich city and the feeling was always impersonal with a sales person completely disconnected from the product. With the open and genuine service that Chris and his team offered, we felt immediately at ease. This is a family-run business and they really do put quality and customer satisfaction first. They were only too happy to support and give honest advice, and we never felt rushed to make a decision. Designer Diamonds is completely trustworthy and passionate. We are SO pleased with the result, far beyond our expectations and for a very fair price! We can't wait to see our wedding rings!

From my first enquiry to me finally choosing the correct diamond and setting, I received a professional and patient ( THANK YOU CHRIS ????)
service. I was showed multiple options on top of experienced knowledge which was invaluable to me in coming to my final decision . Regardless of the value of the purchase I felt at all times comfortable and free to make my own decision, a truly professional sales service I haven't experienced for many years, anywhere !!! Thanks again DD , you will be my first stop when I consider our marriage bands...if she says yes of course !!!!

Chris and his family and staff provided a great service for initially myself in buying an engagement ring and later buying our wedding rings.

I reached out to the store via email to ask if the staff spoke English and if I needed an appointment and was told all staff spoke fluently and to pop in whenever I had time. I did a little research online about the 4 Cs of Diamonds but when I arrived at the store Chris was able to explain it to me in much better detail. I gave Chris an idea of my budget and he presented a great range of diamonds for me to view, eventually I came to my decision with the aid of Chris, I have to say he did not pressure me at all into buying at the higher end of my budget and both and my now wife were happy with the diamond. My wife later made some modifications to the ring and we had it engraved.

Later buying the wedding rings we again got an exceptional service, sampling many gold rings for myself and my wife had a sample ring made up in a design she wanted.
