arrived late due to Train delays. Front of hotel closed up, rang number on a4 paper pinned to door around back, only to find my room was gone even though i had paid. Had to wander the streets with my 13 year old daughter til i found suitable accommodation. shocking

Rooms are good and cozy. Staff are very polite and humble. Also good pricing as well.

Good location and clean room. Extremely rude staff who tried to make me pay €820 for misplacing the room key. I’ve never in my life encountered such ridiculous behaviour. A huge waste of my time and energy, all over a small key. The hotel needs to update its systems massively and realise we’re now living in 2019.

Old place but electricity is not normalised. There was a water leak in the shower (quickly fixed). The property of the room was not excellent (look under the beds...). The street is a popular one with a lot of Arabic ships and a sex shop near the hotel ! ( Turn the heads of your kids when passing !).

Good budget stay. Not the most modern hotel, but they never tell that it is. Staff is very friendly and helpful!
