Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is decent and you need to reserve a table in advance. Practically no vegetarian options except bread and fruits. Found the room very stuffy and humid during my stay due to summer and no air-conditioning. Location is away from the city centre though public transport is available. Limited check-in time as 24hrs reception is not available.

Exclusively clean, friendly, comfortable, well located place for good price. People working yay the hotel are super professional and helping. Highly recommend

Good budget 3 star accomodation, clean but basic family room, just wish it had air conditioning, staff are polite and helpful, very good cooked and european breakfast, 5 minute walk from U-Bahn. Ideal for a short family holiday!

Be aware! This Hotel has no rutine for handling exidents. A friend of mine was unlucky and slipped in the shower. The glass door broke. The Hotel manager did not know How to handle this. We came home later in the day and was asked to pay 1500 euro to get in to the room. The day after he wanted us to sign a contract that said that we was responsible of paying another 1500 euro and be responsible of possible hidden expences. We ended up not signing but payed 1500 euro. The Hotel should have gotten our insurance information and delt with this directly. This way we didn’t need to spend in total 10 ours of our weekend deeling with the Hotel. Terrible way to handle a case that could have been delt with by the insurance companies!!!!!!!

This hotel is the worst I've stayed at. I where unlucky and broke a glass on the bathroom and the result is that I needed to go to the hospital and later where pushed to pay 500 euros in deposit to get into the room the same day. And later the next day I was blackmailed to pay 1500 euros by the hotel director to stay at the hotel the last night before we left. The worst experience in my life!

I have always tried to be so genuine only where it's due . I don't know why but most places i choose i am never disappointed and Amenity hotel is one of them. Great Place to stay alittle out of the city but a few minutes to and fro the Munich Central Station. I loved staying there and given a chance i would go back and stay. The only issue with the room where i stayed was the shower. I couldn't close the door to shower because it's small. But all in all its a feel of Elegance over there. Try it out and you will confirm what am talking about.

Very nice hotel, excellent staff. Restaurant next door has best German Goulash around.
