The hotel is managed in absentia, there is no one there to resolve any issues. As such, you will not receive an invoice for your purchase (which is required by law). Your key is in a box near the entrance. It's technically not a hotel, someone purchased parts of an apartment building and the 'rooms' are co-located with resident tenants. The front door is open to the street, anyone can walk in and access your room door. There is no breakfast, despite the website advertising breakfast as included.

Terrible sign -n experience, they insisted they have sent me an email which I have never received.

Don’t not respond to calls AND no reception in attendance most of the day.

Different room was given than what we booked.

No iron despite saying it is available in the room facilities.

No breakfast despite saying it is available at the hotel.

Horrible people. They cancelled my reservation even was co firmed and my credit card was ok and had money on it. Misserable people doo that 1 night before. Scumbags. Don't go there!

Great front desk u0026 maid service. Breakfast was good with bread, meat, cheese, fruit, jam, cereal, hard u0026 soft boiled eggs. Rooms are perfect size, and quite. Our room did smell moldy if we didn't open windows after showers u0026 in the morning.

Throughout my life I haven’t seen a hotel as atrocious as this. The central heating was from hitlers gas chambers, there was no drinking water available in the rooms, only available from the toilet. The flush didn’t work properly, the bed felt like thorns. The service was terrible, the concierge looked like they’ve had their kidneys removed. This hotel was not even worth the paper I printed the confirmation on. Camping on the streets would’ve been more comfortable.
