Nice area/park for an outdoor walk and also for doing some sports like basketball, soccer, tennis.

Very grim looking place. There are several unmaintained pitches with decaying equipment. Apart from an expensive tennis club, the area is ever under construction and mostly unusable. It's OK for walking dogs and launching drones. I'm surprised these grounds in rich Munich are left to rot. Does not make a good name for the title owner. The old Siemens factory grounds across the road don't look much better.

Very nice place. I did not know the Tennis club had a restaurant.

Would go there a lot more often if it is located close to my home. Relatively lower hall price, it has a very big changing room, good lighting in the halls.

Looks like a bit of a Chernobyl forest. The city of Munich has a good chance to make it better, but it still looking like a forgotten place from the 80s.
