My adult daughter and I stumbled upon this place looking for a place to watch the World
Cup final. We were escorted to a back room where about ten rather serious looking people. That seriousness subsided when France scored their first goal and a fan of France bought the room a round of shots...and then another and another. We had a blast. But you most likely wont be there for the World Cup so I will continue.
We found out that we were actually in a Serbian restaurant. Having never had Serbian food i was very excited. The only concerning thing was that they did not take any credit cards...only German debit cards. My daughter was able to find an ATM so that we could properly indulge.
I had the smoked trout appetizer and to say it was amazing is an understatement I AM going back just for that. We also got the smoked gouda appetizer, the meat platter and I had the kabob platter...there may have been a side salad in there somewhere. Ot was all spectacular.
It seemed like everyone that came in was a local and they were happy to share their culture. Might be one of the highlights of our trip to Munich.
