Perfectly acceptable and comfortable hotel, and in a good location if you are attending a congress, but not if you are just visiting Munich for any other reason. The food options in the hotel get old real fast, and the only vegetarian option in the hotel restaurant is a mushroom soup, which also gets old after 1 serving. There's a shopping plaza 5 minutes away by foot which has much more varied dining options.

Friendly staff and well equipped rooms. A bit old fashioned concept and carpets have some weird spots as if it was bleached. TV was not plugged in and tv remoter was useful only for volume change (couldn’t even to turn off the tv).

Located in a business district and walking distance from some restaurants and shops but far from the city center. Clean and modern hotel with a simple Continental breakfast and food available to purchase 24 hours.

One of the worst experiences that i ever had.

I booked 2 rooms. Requested connected room before 2 days from arrival.

Receptionist did not have any clue about my request thoughi have confirmed before arrival.

Only one staff is available at night in the reception and he mention that he is not working in the hotel and he is just from a booking 3rd party company.

Door between the the rooms was closed and it took awhile to open it.

No free car parking though it says free when I made the reservation.

Staff are not helpful

Shower was broken

Ac not working and the only staff available at night said he can't do any thing and no technician is available and mentioned to che in the morning.
After checking in the morning i was told that no technician is available in the hotel.

Lights were mostly not working

Ask the manager if bags weighting scale is available. She mentioned that it my be available in H2 hotel but she didn't call the to confirm. And after the trouble of moving the bags there i found out that no scale is available.

The lady in the reception which is the manager is not friendly at all.

Really bad though i tried to be patient.

It was an overall very nice experience. Breakfast, restaurant, gym were all nice and easy to access. And people who do not speak German, do not fear because the staff is well versed with multiple languages.

Quiet (in the back) and clean rooms, comfy beads nice breakfast besides rhe discusting Weisswurst and Brezels (a real joke for Bavaria) but they did not get WiFi working for two days and did not seem to care too much (Telecom's fault). Not able to connect on private and work phone nor business labtop. Even in cheap Hostels they get this right and for a business hotel this is just not acceptable.
