Staff is bit misinformed and confused, although nice and friendly.
Not very flexible when it comes to too with separate beds.
When it starts raining outside, don't expect to be welcomed inside, just because you are a client :)

I was great stay, what made it great the hotel employee they were wonderful with us, especially

Everything was fine but the room could be cleaner and scrambled eggs for the breakfast could be less overcooked. But friendly staff and nice stay anyway.

The hotel is located far from center. The reception is very friendly, the rooms are big and clean. However, my bathroom stunk of sewage. Additionally, the breakfast is mediocre. Generally, one of the worst Novotel in which i have stayed. And I really like the brand.

Very close to Robbie Williams concert.

Lovely rooms great breakfast and friendly helpful staff
