Friendly receptionists, small clean rooms, good sound isolation, fresh furniture, comfortable bed, cool interior design, underground station nearby.
I liked it a lot!
But... one dirty cup for water of two and annoying cleaners disturbing you from the early morning (I advise to use do not disturb badge from the evening).
Breakfast was not included, so no feedback for it.
Good to know: no slippers, no shampoo, no conditioner, no body lotion, no toothpaste, no tooth brush for double standard room, just 2 similar bottles of the liquid soap "body+hair" in the shower cabin and by the sink. Towels were fine: 2 small and 2 large + 1 for the floor in the bathroom.

I stayed here for 4 nights during a recent convention at the messe and was very impressed. The location is perfect everything from the lobby, to the lifts to my room room, to the dining hall, was clean, modern and functional. The staff were polite, professional and helpful too.

If I had to make a complaint, the coffee machines at breakfast made a mediocre Cappuccino that was a bit weak and too foamy. Yes that’s all I can think of to complain about. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

The room was sooo clean and the bed was great. The design and architecture are cool and the building is so close to the U station.
However the breakfast was just OK.

Yesterday I called to make a reservation, but I’ve been told there’s no need, since there were so many rooms available. Upon my arrival I’ve been repeatedly told to wait while the front desk employee continuously checked other people in, even though I was the first one in line. When they finally asked for my passport they proceeded to tell me they were completely full.

How could it be, that they didn’t know that before asking me for the passport or making me wait in line for at least 20 minutes or was I denied a room based on my identification? Either way, I told them there were still rooms available on booking.com and the response was: “I cannot help you, feel free to use our lobby to search for another hotel”.

This happened around 23 o’clock, so not only was I treated poorly, but due to the complete waste of time because of misleading information, finding another hotel at this hour was even more difficult and cost me double - a price which I was happy to pay, since the employees were far friendlier across the street. The fact is, I received false Information. But which one of the employees was wrong - the one who told me not to reserve or the one who refused to give me a room? Either way one thing’s clear: it’s time for another staff training.

Nothing could be any better in the the hotel or room at the price range, except the breakfast which is nice, but could be better for 13.5€

Nice hotel, good food and comfortable rooms. Mamy shops and the key point: near to Munich fairs.
