This place had big rooms and can accommodate large groups. We had the basement apartment. It had spiders and the bed sheets were dirty.

We booked our 4-nights stay at Garden House during Xmas period through Airbnb. Our sons got I'll, and the owner was so kind as to maintain the reservation for us till Easter. The owner is very kind and attentive, but the rooms totally different compared to what presented in Airbnb. The apartments is located below the ground level, and although presented as a room for 4 persons, the bed accommodation was based on additional camp bed, which is not fully convenient, on top of occupying heavily the available space. The apartment was superficially cleaned, and this is not appropriate. The services are limited to the minimum (no glasses, no dishes, for example). The good point was the quiet of the location, the ease to park securely your car, and the position, quite close to city centre and subway station. The heating system was is place and working very well.

Nice apartment if you have big family or if 4 couples wants to share the apartment. I recommend it. It is close to Messe as well. There is a kitchen, three bathrooms and a big garden where you can enjoy in the evening.
