Facilities are nice. Friendly workers.
BUT !! No warm shower available. Unbelievable.

In general the fitness is ok and offers good variety of machines. The problem is that after months and months of closure of the fitness due to COVID measures, the location is CLOSED AGAIN due to renovation for months. This speaks of poor management. I complained about it and received the usual nicely framed response that says nothing at all. The Trudering members should be provided months of free membership due to this inconvenience! Some of us cannot go to the rest of body and soul fitnesses. This is why we have chosen the Trudering centre! Extremely displeased with the management of the fitness centre.

Great facility. Expensive but provides everything that you need from a gym. Most people workout sincerely and don't waste time clicking photos.
Staff is friendly. Lots of workout equipment although the downside is that everything is placed too close to each other - very little space between workout stations. Crowd is generally respectful.
Pool is great because as someone who doesn't feel comfortable with deep water, here it's only 1,35m deep so you can stay on your feet with head above water and is still 25m long!

Very negative experience and unfriendly staff multiple of times, before I signed up they promised that at peak times there is no queue or waiting for machines to be free, that was my first question. You basically pay premium and get a service like fitstar.. A premium gym with one flat bar bench rack, 1 smith machine, and 1 squat rack. Even an underground gym has more free weights than that.

Very, very nice gym, lots of place and equipments and classes. Pool is a BIG plus and also the women's sauna. Good service and sehr nette Personal! Staff speaks good english. I can recommend!

The studio is big in size and provides everything needed for a good workout. What I disliked is the lack of cleanliness, both in the showers and spa area

The best fitness club in Munich.With lot of classes including Yoga, dance and many more..it has a swimming pool.They have membership for 6 months till 18 months and a bit more expensive compared to other gyms around.I love the concept of a wristband with chip for all access, makes life more easier unlike an access card.
