I like the gym. Uncomplicated 24/7 and good value for the cost.

The air conditioning on the top floor could be improved over just open windows. Seems to be installed, just not used. Fans would be good.

The management is vary bad. You make a contract in one studio, but have to cancel it via email. There are no phones. When you haven't started your membership, everything is good. But when you are already in and want to quit, they will do everything to create difficulties.

Also the hygiene cost which is around 3 euros. This is purely done to earn Schwarzgeld. There are no strict regulations on where we need to clean machines after usage. But Fit star decided to do this trick to earn money.

Also this price is not shown in official price. I think that the monthly fee is 19.9, but in fact, it is around 23. This is not a big deal, but why you lie to people ?

And why you put 19.9 ? Why can't you put just 20 Euros ? round the number ? This .9s psychological trick is also cheating on your customers. Don't be like others who think that people can't differentiate. 19.9 from visual point is more than 20, because of 9s.

Personal who work their are okay. As long as they do not disturb you and remain hidden, it is ok.

I went in 2020 a 3 days as a testing. They make me sign a paper i thought is just for a week. Later on they did take money on my bank account regularly, i did contacted them, i couldn't cancel the contract. It wasfor a hole year and i did went for only 3 days. In the Corona time was possible to pause the payment for 3 months. Anyway after a year after the contract was done i recive an email today and they said i mus pay 52 euros ????????

Wild and a joke, terrible people.

Its a very good gym with all the equipments with friendly staff, i really enjoy it and i recommend Fitstar to you all

Terrible customer service ???? I went there to sign up for gym membership, and I talked to the staff at the gym counter. He asked me to fill a form, so I did it. Then, he told me to sit and wait. I waited there for 30 minutes or so, and nothing else processed. I went to the counter and asked how is my things and they told me that they didn’t hear me clearly because of the plastic shield on top of the counter. However, they made me waited for them and they waisted my time more than 30 minutes though they didn’t even bother to say sorry.
