Updated: Very polite and good service. We were offered a room in a different building. Unfortunately, our room smelled bad. It seems to be an issue with the sewer under the kitchen sink and very hard to fix during our short stay. Keeping windows open all the time mitigated the issue but the noise from street was quite extensive during the night. The entrance to that building was in the middle of major construction. Some people hanging next to the door. We were somewhat concerned about it. There was a code lock for the outer door, for which we were not told what the code was. One of the construction site persons knew the code and helped us with it. The room (2 separate rooms) was actually very nice. I hope they can fix these issues and complete their construction quickly. After that, I'm sure it will be good to visit. The neighborhood itself was not our favorite, but it is just a matter of taste.

Very helpful staff, and really useful to have access to washing machune and dryer half way through a two week trip. Excellent location. Only down side was there was no where to sit and eat (other than the bed) but we carried our meals, glasses, cutlery etc downstairs to eat in sheltered outdoor area. Perhaps opt for a larger room if you plan to use the kitchenette to self cater.

This place was wonderful. Nice quiet rooms, great breakfast and within walking distance to many attractions. I definitely would stay here again. And the staff was Super!!!

This is hands down the best place to stay if you are visiting Munich. The location is close to everything. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, much better than I expected! Very nice rooms with city view, soft bedding and clean bathrooms. Downstairs lobby/cafeteria is great, good and cozy design. Breakfast was delicious. Special thanks to receptionists, who were very helpful and nice. The receptionist in the evening was Anna, and in the morning was a male who I didn’t ask a name. Exceptional service for the hotel in this price range!

Excellent staff, great location, 10mins walk to the company who organize the tours. Room could be better.
