Decent room for traveller for its price. Bathroom shower stall a bit small but water pressure is great. Quite congested when sleep 3 (one additional is Murphy bed) with not much walking space but ok. There is a underground parking garage accessible by car elevator. Just reserve with the front desk and ask them to open gate once you checked in. It enters from the side of the lobby. Garage parked 10+cars only. Breakfast is decent. Well decor in breakfast room. Location is excellent for tourist! Walk to town center where the attractions are.

Good location, good price, great breakfast.
People who say it’s in a sketch part of town are wrong. It’s maybe a little poorer, but not sketchy. I felt completely safe.
Rooms are small but clean and adequate

Great location. Good and kind staff. Breakfast is not that high quality but answers the expectations. We will probably stay here again next time in Munich.

Decent, budget hotel lockated in the middle of Yemen, yet it is a walking distance away from the center of Münich ;) If you like hookahs, this place has 4 places to smoke them less than 100 feet in whatever direction. There two or three of Yemeni restaurants in the same block. Don't get me wrong, I did like the location. It was in deed very convenient.
The hotel is clean. Rooms are as pictured, but in real life appear a bit smaller than in published fotos. Breakfast was eatable. My main problem was that my room DID NOT HAVE AN AIR-CONDITIONING UNIT. All 3 days I stayed there the temperature outside was brutal 30+C, so yes, the absence of AC bothered me. At a cooler times, I would definitely consider staying there again, especially if alone.

My fiancé and I had a lovely stay at Hotel Demas City. It was within walking distance to most attractions in the city and central station. It was very clean and orderly. The staff were very helpful and kind. They also spoke english very well. We arrived early and although our room wasn’t ready yet, they had lockers for us to store our luggage in the meantime. They had coffee and water available in the room, and breakfast in the restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Munich. It was budget friendly and exceeded all of our expectations.

We had a lovely time in Demas City hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the location is very good and the rooms are surprisingly spacious.
