Wonderful restaurant for lunch or dinner. Small but diverse enough à la carte menu. Vibrant, fresh, tasty dishes. As good for a special occasion or for a low key dinner.
No nonsense decor, modern but warm - shared tables.
Professional performing arts clientele from nearby theatres and opera house. Very relaxed but classy, mature intellectuals and younger cool crowd.

Rarely a reviewer however this evening blew me away, wonderful relaxed atmosphere with sensual, well presented, understated dishes. Friendly and welcoming staff, thank you!

A great staff, fine cuisine the remains me of the French Chef back home but at an affordable price tag ! The place to get out of the tourist traps ????

As someone who has to eat gluten-free I always communicate in advance and in the restaurant my needs. I did the same here. Unfortunately I had a good portion of gluten in my food even if I had called them before, had discussed the matter with the waitress and had asked again when the food was on the table. But I got reassured that it's gluten-free and I was happy to trust. But my stomach pain and the typical symptoms a few hours later told me something different. Was it in the soup, in the veggies, in the fish?
If you are celiac I can not recommend this place. And to be honest: In my communication with the restaurant they gave me the feeling that people with this handicap are not their favorite guests.

Very good food. I'm currently vegetarian so I chose 2 appetizers since all the mains were with meat. The benches are hard after a while so don't forget to grab a felt sit-upon!
