Horrible service and rudeness in the centre of Munich. That, on its own is nonsense.
The waiter was unpleasant and reluctant, as if customers bother him. I payed cash, he decided to keep the change as tips.
Tips are given for a good service and are not a must. The service was far from even OK.

Great little bar. Service was good, be careful as the barmaid will help herself to tips and try to speak in very rapid German to confuse you. This has happened in a number of occasions in Munich where the staff take advantage of your lack of German even though they speak very good English. Fresh access to toilets, outdoor area is closed from 11 pm.

The women bartender was terrible. The drinks were not good and she was extremely unfriendly. I paid for my drinks and she tried to get to me pay again for the same drinks. I would give this place negative 5 stars if I could

Very bad service. The waiter spilt the juice all over me and not even he did not apologise but blamed my company. He laughted at me when I ordered an Icetea, meaning that is a very strange drink and would ask why I was not drinking alcohol on a Satuday night.

The manager wasn't very pleasant and sometimes downright rude.
I won't go there again if I intend to have a nice, relaxed time.

The lady who works in the bar is sooooo rude and disrespectful. If you can choose anywhere else I would rather recommend to walk a bit more.

The woman that worked at the bar was very rude to my friends and I. I definitely wouldn't go back here.
