Huge Cu0026A store, large variety of clothes and fair prices!

We found a Dirndl for a very good price and high quality just before the Oktoberfest kicked off while most of the other stores were overpriced.

Cu0026A also works with Payback points so thats a great way to get some extra points as there are usually also some coupons going on.

Big store with a lot of clothing options, but limited size options (i had trouble finding sizes S and XS).
Their recycled cotton wear are super comfortable.

Because of its prime location and wide choice of clothes, I have been going to this particular cu0026a for 6 years, normally there is nothing to complain about. However today, the woman/ cashier/ person in charge at the ground floor cashier was a real turn off. I don't want to use the word bxxxh, but she is a real one. Not only has she no smiles at all, but she is REALLY rude to customers. No wonder there are so many negative reviews about staffing in this cu0026a.

Today I had one of the worst shopping experiences of my life here at this Cu0026A Departement Store. The lady working at the cash register was absolutely rude to me just because I chose to buy a new package of tank tops and not a ripped-open one. And then when I was about to leave, the security person stopped me at the door accusing me of shoplifting. I was dragged through the entire bottom floor of the store to their room where they were monitoring everything. They emptied my bag and even forced me to take of my clothes for them to check if I was hiding something. It was clear that I wasn‘t hiding anything and they were doing that out of boredom. I‘m never coming back again especially because they were trying eagerly to make me falsely confess.

Great place to buy kids clothing and accessories. There is also good variety in women and men clothing and accessories.

One of the worst shopping experience at this very Cu0026A store near Marienplatz. I have purchased few clothes from this store and after I came out of it and went further ahead, suddenly 2 guys came and stopped me. They asked me show my bag and asked for receipts. It took me sometime to realize what is happening and why some stranger is asking me to show my shopping bag and receipt. Even after showing the receipts, they tried to snatch my shopping bag and receipt to which I resisted. Then, they man-handled me to the side of the store and thinking me as robber and threatening me of police. Later, after cross checking receipt details with shopping items, they returned my shopping bag and receipt. But they have not even apologized for their unruly behavior. This whole experience has offended me in a bad manner and I would give this less than 1 star rating. Also, I am not visit this place ever and not recommending it to anyone as they don't treat their customer with respect.

Conveniently loctaed in Marienplatz, this Cu0026A is a large store for buying cloths for men and women at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
