i am surprised how can they put such employees in a store that is supposed to be in the heart of touristic area, super unprofessional and unhelpful and not willing to sell, not stepping a foot in any Christ shop again.

Update: i sent an email to the customer service as requested by their reply below, and got no reply at all. This also confirms how bad their customer service is.

The only positive point is that thanks to the available choice at the store, if you want one ring right now, you can have it.
However:
1) diamant rings are overpriced for their quality. 1st example: for basic 0.5 to 1 carat diamant, they advertise the fact that they have small inclusions. This is correct, but they don't mention about the color or cut quality (which is only "good", meaning actually not so good in comparison to "very good", "excellent" and even higher grade). For the same price, one could get a better quality diamant fitted on demand on a 750 gold ring (instead of 585 gold), even at local shops in the center of Munich. 2nd example: for "top" diamant rings, they also advertise the clarity ("lupenrein" in German) but not the colour nor the cut quality. The color is better than for basic ones but the cut remains "good". So also not worth the price.
2) don't expect high quality: see my last example about "lupenrein" diamant rings
3) overall the quality of the jewellery is not transparent. This is also valid for gold rings, not only for diamant rings: there is no visible mention about the gold quality.

Mr. Bozicevic and mr Dorn-Hensela were so nice and I still can’t believe that I bought the Tudor black bay 58 blue here.
It’s like a dream!
Would definitely recommend and would be sure come over again.
