This is probably overall the best affordable hotel I've found in Munich. The inner courtyard is neat, attractive, and peaceful. Parking garage underneath. 24 hour reception with always excellent service. It doesn't pop up on a quick Google Maps search. You have to look for it.

We agree with other comments; unfriendly reception staff - should be called the “Cold Hotel” ; self service check in would have been better. Instead of “Welcome to the Bold Hotel” we got “ Dahinter parken ist absolut verboten!”.

Rooms are very, very minimalist, no fridge, coffee machine etc. But the rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good and friendlier.

Munich has essentially banned Airbnb to protect these kind of hotels, so without serious competition I don’t think service will get better.

Amazing hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful! Room was lovely and absolutely immaculate! Would stay here again!

Very good and fast communication. With friendly staff. Rooms were clean, and location is great. Parking for the car is great.

The room was a bit dirty, also no aircon. It’s next to the train station, but also no safe for the room and kinda felt sketchy.

Sleek and modern design. No air conditioner is available for hot summer days and the small fan is insufficient. Expensive breakfast. Convenient €16 parking available. Ubahn (metro/subway) entrance is conveniently located in front of the hotel. The location is three Ubahn stops from Marienplatz and offers you a local, residential perspective of München.
