The reason for this was that, according to her own statements, she was often alone in the store, but unfortunately, as a blind customer, I am dependent on staff - even if I just want to look around on the first visit. Another background is that the selection of models in the Reinen Freitag store could be larger.
So I get the impression from Abovo that the local staff is not only into sell, sell and sell again, but also has a fairly honest streak. Therefore, under no circumstances do I rule out stopping by again if there is another reason.
Conclusion: nice, honest and customer-oriented - that's definitely my first impression of the branch at the Isartor. What more do you want?

Ich hatte bisher mit dieser Abovo Filiale ausschließlich telefonischen Kontakt. Der Grund dafür ist der, dass ich auf der Suche nach einer Taschen-Ausstattung von der Firma Freitag bin.
Eine Woche zuvor hatte ich es hier schon telefonisch zweimal versucht, aber leider ging niemand ran. Allerdings bin ich in dem Fall niemanden böse, da in dieser Woche erst der Einzelhandel wieder so richtig öffnen durfte. So war mit Sicherheit damals ziemlich viel los dort.
Heute hat die telefonische Kontaktaufnahme dann endlich geklappt. Die sehr nette, aber auch außerordentlich ehrliche Dame leitete mich quasi zu den Kollegen vom Freitag Store weiter. Der Grund dafür war, dass sie oft gemäß eigenen Angaben alleine im Laden sei, aber leider bin ich als blinde Kundin auf Personal angewiesen – und auch dann, wenn ich mich beim ersten Besuch einfach nur mal umschauen möchte. Ein weiterer Hintergrund ist der, dass die Auswahl an Modellen im Reinen Freitag laden größer sein könnte.
Ich habe also von Abovo den Eindruck, dass das Personal vor Ort nicht nur auf verkaufen, verkaufen und noch mal verkaufen aus ist, sondern auch eine recht ehrliche Ader hat. Daher schließe ich es unter keinen Umständen aus, noch mal vorbei zu schauen wenn ein anderer Anlass besteht.
Fazit: nett, ehrlich und kunden orientiert – das ist auf jeden Fall mein erster Eindruck der Filiale am Isartor. Was will man mehr?
