I actually had a good impression on Primark. For example Primark in Berlin. Unfortunately the Primark at Mannheim is undoubtedly the worst ever store I had seen because of their Racism towards the foreign nationals. If you notice the person who was standing at the entrance gate and the lady giving instructions to him. I particularly noticed their behaviour very rude and unpleasant. They have different rules of different customers and have different rules for their staff.
I totally lost the respect towards this racist behaviour people. I never get into this outlet for shopping. Worst experience, not a good outlet.

I have always loved Primark however my experience with this particular store was unpleasant to say the very least. Very rude staff in the changing rooms. They will deliberately try to intimidate you and make it hard to communicate don’t know why. seems like they need to learn a bit about good customer service. The Zara and Hollister stores nearby are so much better.

Cheap clothes, fairly good quality. Perfect place to buy clothes for growing and high active kids (they will tear up or overgrow anything that man buys, but it doesnt cost much).

More Clothing styles in moderate price. Located in the city center. You can buy a good quality hoodie in the range of 10 - 15€. Usually crowded in the weekends. The clear signs are not available on floors so you might have to spend more time on searching your kind of clothing.
