Das erste mal ist mir vor drei Jahren der Laden wegen dem coolen Motorrad im Schaufenster aufgefallen und ich bin einfach mal reingegangen und wurde sofort sehr freundlich beraten. Seitdem bin ich dabei geblieben. Generell wird man bei jedem Besuch, egal bei welcher Mitarbeiterin man ist, sehr freundlich beraten und ich liebe die Produkte.

Leider habe ich gehört, dass die Filiale in Mannheim bald schließen wird. Das finde ich sehr schade, da ich die Produkte nicht ohne persönliche Beratung einfach im Internet bestellen möchte, da ich ja sonst nicht super passende neue Produkte entdecken kann und der persönliche Kontakt zu den lieben Mitarbeiterinnen einfach fehlen würde. Auch der Weg nach Frankfurt ist mir dann doch einfach zu weit. Ich hoffe, was auch immer dazu führt, dass der Laden in Mannheim schließen soll, wird sich vielleicht doch noch ändern, denn ich wäre wirklich traurig.

Bin auf meinem Einkaufsweg zufällig bei Kiehl’s vorbei. Man muss einfach dazu sagen, dass ich auch so aussah, als würd ich nur kurz zum Rewe wollen. Die Mitarbeiterin war dennoch total vorurteilsfrei, hat mich super gut beraten, und schließlich habe ich auch was eingekauft. Ich komme gern wieder! Man hier stößt auf alles, was man als Kunde gern hätte: Freundlichkeit, Kompetenz u0026 Wissen, Verständnis und Ehrlichkeit!
