Liebe firmencentrale man kann ihnen wirklich zu ihrer Auswahl an Mitarbeitern nur gratulieren. Selten haben sie heute im Einzelhandel noch Personal das mit viel Herzlichkeit und tatkraft arbeitet. Wo gibt es noch so tolles Personal das die Pause verschiebt, da die Kollegin im beratungs Gespräch involviert ist, nur damit die Kundin nicht warten muss. Das ist gelebter Kundenservice. Man wird als beleidigt und eingeschnappt bezeichnet weil man sich darüber ärgert, dass man ein Top Produkt gekauft hat und dies leider nicht der Qualität mit der geworben wird entspricht. Ein wirkliches einsehen das, dass Produkt fehlerhaft ist zeigt man auch nicht obwohl es offensichtlich ist.
