Must visit place when in Lübek.!!

You can visit Niederegger Museum on the 2nd floor, where you can have a look at the 3D printed chocolates and its machine kept on a display !!

Also you can dine in at a Café in 1st floor !! Reaching it in majestically looking golden lift !!

And ofcourse shop for Niederegger goodies as soon as you enter while having look at some of the chocolate models in display !!

Recommended: Great choice of flavors and option to choose your own individual flavors to make the chocolate box of your own. Although takes some, but worth a try !!!

If you like marzipan, this place is for you! They have more sorts, types, flavours, and varieties than even you can possibly imagine. Go, you'll love it. The cafe's pretty good too.

I love their Marzipan, visited with my girlfriend as it's also sold in Luxembourg.
The museum unfortunately doesn't provide too much information, especially not in English. I would've imagined it to be bigger, but the entrace is free.
The shop was very busy, same as the café/bar.
The cakes were good unfortunately the names are also just in German which makes it hard to choose for non-german speakers and the recommendations she gave us weren't the best.
The bar also seemed understaffed as they blocked tables they couldn't serve and you had to be lucky and patient to get a table.
At the same time we've received the drinks we ordered pretty late so most of the ice cream did already melt which was disappointing.

While most of the review sounds negative the experience is good and it's worth it, there are just a few things they could improve.
I'm writing the review like that so you know what to expect.

Was semi lost on me but also quite interesting see how the marzipan has developed and changed as an industry and product. Not the biggest exhibition but interesting none the less.

A marzipan paradise. Tastiest marzipan in the world. A must be place for any marzipan lover. Great and authentic. Very good coffee shop as well. The cakes are just awesome. They say it the heart of authentic marzipan.

it is very beautiful here especially if you are lucky to find a cozy place to sit next to the window, and when i say lucky , I mean it , cause it is always super full!!!!
Fast service .
They have very interesting choices for hot chocolate with Marzipan. The coffee was ok but not the best. But ok, let´s be honest ... when you visit such a pace you go for the cakes not for the coffee ,-) !!!
We wish we could try them ALL!!!
