Nice hotel but service not fitting 4 stars. Courtesy kit not provided. Parking 12 €/night.

Pros:
Very friendly staff! Lovely restaurant with an incredible baru0026 staff + delicious drinks - WG????
Spacious room

Con:
We paid a fairly high price and there wasn't a fridge nor coffee or tea
The location is very central but also noisy as to expect from this part of Lübeck but it has very insulated windows.
Parking fairly pricey

I have never felt so unwelcome as in this hotel. As main booker they could not find my name because they used the one of my guest who is German. The reception (bald guy) did not talk or look at me at all and ignored me completely even during payment.

The room was supposed to have a luxury big bed, it were 2 small one person mattresses which is very uncomfortable. The room itself was also not special, not even tea facilities.

The breakfast was very simple, Germany has delicious breakfast and this was not it. Even my German partner found it very disappointing especially for this price.

The hairdryer did not work, the reception did not understand a single word and after 15 minutes of wasting my time they promised someone to come over to fix it, no one ever came.

I hated this experience, I felt very uncomfortable during my holiday and do not recommend this place to anyone. Not worth the price.

Beautiful BIG room. All new!
Only bad thing I could mention, is the noise from the housekeeping in the morning. They woke me up at 8am

Part of a liquor package tour from Sweden, we payed about 100euro for bus and accomodation. A normal room Will aparently set you back 59euro.

Breakfast was Good, nothing spectacular but everything one needs.

Also beds were rather stiff, but i like that so for me beds were 5/5 ????

This place is despite the its nice looking photos in there website deserve the word .... AWFUL..the receptionist was so blocking , we were on the east beach in Kiel and decided to head towards Lübeck , but since it's Corona time and the rules differs from one city to the other , so decided to go and inquire about the price and the accommodation availability ....

First the receptionist was trying to offer even higher prices than it's shown online ,so we had to do it ourselves and booed using booking.com

Then we asked her about place in the restaurant ,said all tables are reserved , which is not true , cuz we got later ourselves a one and even less than the third was full ... food is okay no meat meals only 6 or 7 meals including salad which is too less

The rooms was cold ,u couldn't change the temperature and not sound insulated ,so u hear each movement and little sound in the corridor or in the upper next room

The city is very nice and interesting ,if we didn't visit would of been very sad and disappointed ....
As my boyfriend said .... let's escape from this place

To be object the tetras have a very nice view ,u can see the whole city

I really don't recommend this hotel to anyone; we had a bad time and no one care!!
We arrived in our room, and it was dirty, and when they change it for us, they give us a single room instead of a double room then we went back to the unfriendly receptionist they changed the room again. In this room, AC wasn't working with sweltering night, the window next to the street, and no way to be able to sleep.
