Undercooked, underseasosed chicken wings and tenders. Bad service. Dirty bathrooms. Horrible quality to price ratio. Never returning again.

Terrible experience. Food was disgusting the “crunchy” chicken was not crunchy just soggy and oily, finding a place to sit was an adventure since everything was dirty.

ridiculous! arrogant staff, I had to wait 25 minutes for the order and there were only 4 or 5 customers in the place. And worse, I was served pepsi from a hot 1.5L bottle! without ice! and in plain sight! Yes, its true! Pepsi bought in the supermarket haha I have never seen anything like this in my life. if you go to the bathroom you will also like the look ????

I've unfortunately had KFC in four countries now, and I can confidently say this KFC is the worst one I've ever visited.

You always take risks with fast food. Fast food is terrible for you and almost always terriblly unenjoyable, and should really only be bought as a last resort. However, when you're out of options, KFC can sometimes actually provide surprisingly adequate chicken pieces with real flavor. At least, these have been my previous experiences with the chain.

This Lübeck KFC franchise must have the most uncaring and laziest owner of any franchise restaurant I've ever encountered. The firs time I went was so demoralizingly horrible that I swore I would never spend money there again. The chicken pieces were shabby and the restaurant was beyond dirty. I left with a terrible feeling in my stomach, not from the emaciated chicken pieces, but from the fact that I willingly spent 10 euros for the experience.

Fast forward 2 years and, after having a wonderful KFC experience in Prag 2 weeks before, I thought I might tickle my curiosity and see if the local Lübeck KFC really was so bad or if had merely exaggerated the situation after repeating my experiences to friends. I foolishly decided to try out the drive-thru, not daring to sit down in the dreck that is the indoor eating area.

I was frist surprised to find the menu was at least 3x smaller than the menu in Prag. Not a big issue, it is just different arrangements of chicken after all, but still I was disapointed. I ordered a box and my wife ordered some chocken burger. We recieved our bag in the drive thru window and drove home.

Upon arrival not 3 minutes later, we opened the box to find the soggiest and wimpiest of chicken pieces facing us. The wings had no meat and the 'crispys' were a sickish yellow, not at all like the fat wings and amber orange hue of the wings found in the Prag franchise. The burger my wife ordered was simply not included in the order. We wanted to go back and get the burger only to find no receipt had been included in the bag, effectively preventing us from being able to prove we had ordered the burger in the first place.

Sad and defeated, we shared my flavorless and soggy chicken bits and pieces. Nice 20€ for the experience.

This is the worst restaurant, let alone dining experience in all of Lübeck. Do not come here. The owner is obviously terrible and I hope he/she reads this message and know that Mike Lawrence thinks he/she is awful. Sure they don't care either way and more power to them.

Anyway I couldn't recommend this skidmark of a food joint any less. Take your money elsewhere

Slow Staff, Order was incomplete and the chicken was completely stale. For that price overall a terrible experience.
The Chicken is however nicely seasoned, iof not for the soggy, wet bread like crust.
