Clean rooms, check-in at neighbor hotel as check-in machine broken. Easy location to find, reasonable price.

This hotel seriously needs to be CLOSED. The hotel manager does NOT CARE about this hotel at all. The room is very dirty with many spider webs and spiders at the corners. The worst part is the wifi is extremely awful as I lose connection all the time and sometimes no internet at all. The reception is separate from the hotel so you have to walk over to there every time. The room is spacious and the toilet is okay but we didn’t have shower gel when I moved in. Because it’s close to the lane road, it can be really noisy at night while sleeping so often I needed to close the windows.

Strange for a budget drive in motel to be needed to go to another's hotel reception.

I did not stay at the hotel, because I did not know you needed to have a Business confirmation from your employer when. staying at the hotel before may 17th in Germany, because of Covid regulations I arrived may 16th and thats why I could not stay at the hotel. The hotel wrote me back and gave me a refund . Very good customer Service from the Head office of Viva Hotel. Hopefully in the future we will visit again and stay at the hotel. Customer service from the Head office is amazing

My girlfriend booked us through booking.com... we thought we got the IV Jahrzeiten but apparently not... we didn't realize the difference until on site. Don't confuse the two... and don't stay at Viva. No on-site reception. Reception at the real hotel next door gave us the wrong internet login info. After going back later at night we got the right login procedure from another employee, but still the internet connection is very weak and constantly fails... very frustrating. There was no soap in the bathroom when we arrived; we had to walk next door (yet again) to ask for it. No shower door so the bathroom floor is wet. Too much auto noise from the street at all hours, and the room traps heat on hot days. Honestly, we regret not just paying 30 euro or so more to stay closer to the old town. Unfortunately I cannot recommend it.

The room was spacious and clean. No staff at the hotel, no problem with the check in. The parking with Tesla charger cost 1€ or hour max. 12€.

The loudest hotel I have ever been in! Check in machine did not work. Bathroom floods due to an open shower. Breakfast is €15, parking is €12. Both in a different hotel 200m away.
