Ich habe ihnen dann erklärt, dass ein Orgelkonzert stattfindet. Selbst die Nachfrage, ab wann die Kirche nach dem Konzert besichtigt werden könne, konnte die Dame nicht beantworten, sodass ich regelrecht gedolmetscht habe. Sogar bei meiner eigenen Frage (auf Deutsch) war sie weder hilfreich noch freundlich. Das ist kein "pauschales" Urteil, sondern ein Armutszeugnis Ihrer Leistung.

Für die mangelhafte Einsicht der Thomasshops ziehe ich noch einen Stern ab.
