As an apprentice I worked with the tablet press and also with the hand scales before I was allowed to study at the engineering school in Leipzig. I was fascinated by the old jars and, above all, by the packs of medicinal products from the former GDR. I still have some of them at home and fortunately "saved" them back then. The lady at the museum was very friendly. Thank you for being able to visit something so beautiful in Leipzig.

Dieses Museum lässt mein pharmazeutisches Herz höher schlagen. Mit der Tablettenpresse hab ich als Lehrling gearbeitet, auch mit den Handwaagen ehe ich an der damaligen Ingenieurschule in Leipzig studieren durfte. Die alten Standgefäße und vor allem Arzneimittelpackungen aus der ehemaligen DDR haben mich begeistert. Einige davon besitze ich selbst noch zu Hause und hab die glücklicherweise damals "gerettet ". Die Dame im Museum war sehr freundlich. Danke, dass man so was schönes in Leipzig besuchen kann.
