I have come to accompany a colleague from work who was not feeling well. We both work in aviation and I came straight from work in my uniform. The lady at the front desk didn’t speak any English (understandable) but was very rude. After my colleague went inside to be consulted she basically kicked me out of the waiting room without any reason and with (again) a rude tone… I was just sitting on a chair and reading news on my phone, didn’t make a sound to disturb anyone… Never felt more humiliated before being kicked out of a public institution without reason…

People here are truly wonderful. Every single staff pretty much. Nurses, doctors, cleaners, food service workers, everyone. People do their jobs competently, professionally and with compassion. If you have to go to a hospital, you really couldn't find a better place to be honest. This hospital was recommended to me by another great medical service provider, Dr. Volker Steger from the Thonbergklinik and I can definitely say I'm glad I followed his recommendation.

Very unfriendly secretary on the phone just hang up without let me speak. Very razzist person and disgusting I hope someone do something because is unbelievable what they are doing. I am not the only who got this. They call themself "sisters" but I don't believe they are with God! They will get a divine punishment. God is not rassist. Shame on you all. Change job if you don't like it.
Absolutley this hospital should be empty and everybody should loose their job. Disgusting people.

This review is only for the "HEIMBS" coffee in the lobby - I was expecting horrible coffee but this was super decent coffee for a reasonable price, super nice surprise in the morning! Every hospital should have good coffee :)

My opinion is that is the wost hospital in the world.i birth there..but maybe because i am not German they talk to me really bad all the time..the midwifes dont know almost anything about breastfeeding.oh my God...there are really good doctors out there...get some..
