Very nice and helpful staff. Free water in the lobby. You may be surprised not finding free parking lot if arriving late. Rooms clean and in order however windows must be closed all the time due to noise from the streets

I was looking for a place with WiFi to get some work done and the minute I walked into the hotel, I felt welcomed. The staff ushered me to the lovely garden with plenty of shade. He gave me a free mug of capuccino and a huge glass of water. You'd think he knew I was prepping for a talk in a conference. Thank you a million times for your wonderful hospitality. For your kindness towards a stranger/potential guest. You can be sure I will be raving about this gesture because it made my day so bright! Keep it up!!!

Decent rooms, multiple steps to reception and the lift entrance could be an issue. Reception staff was very friendly and welcoming ,but the morning staff attending during breakfast was horrible behaviour. Wouldn't recommend for an international traveller.

The hotel is super clean, food is amazing, and the staff is so lovely. I always come here when visiting Leipzig. Highly recommended! Don’t even think twice. During the winter or summer, there’s always a good atmosphere.

The hotel is super clean. The bathroom was new. The breakfast was amazing. It takes just 10 min by tram to go to the city center.

Well! The hotel pretty warmly home feeling, rooftop room wonderful, the servicing is fantastic, meal's great, the funny thing that happened to me is I'd pay the hotel cost already, and when I arrived there I forgot and pay again, at the end I believe he's hotel's owner returned the payment and give me a hotel's special cup too, I believe if I traveling to Leipzig again, I will live at the same hotel.非常满意的酒店，有家的感觉，安静...
