Dadurch werden andere gesundheitliche Folgetermine bei Ärzten kaum wahrnehmbar. Hinweise darauf werden belächelt und abgetan. Die Therapiestunden bzw. Sitzungen mit den Fachärzten sind abgebrüht, desinteressiert und kühl. Keine Spur von Einfühlnahme und Hilfe bei psychologischen "Weh-Weh-chen" (wie es hier heisst). Unter aller Kanone! Nicht zu empfehlen! Seit bestimmte Ärzte weg sind ist die Qualität der Hilfe spürbar um 75% gesunken,sehr zum Nachteil hilfsbedürftiger Patienten.

Man sollte die vorstehende Klinikverwaltung bzw. das Management und den kassenärztlichen Beschwerdedienst informieren. Das sind keine hinnehmbaren Zustände in dieser Einrichtung. Kann nur jeden von hier abraten.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht weil ich mich bei ihnen immer wohl gefühlt habe.

Seit vielen Jahren dort Patientin. War stationär sowie Tagesklinik und Jetzt in der PIA. Über stationären Aufenthalt möchte ich lieber nichts sagen da dies schon lange zurück liegt. Tagesklinik sind die meisten Ärzte sowie Schwestern ein Traum. Bei Problemen kann man sich jederzeit an sie wenden. Sie geben Tipps und fahren auch mit zu Terminen wenn es Bedarf benötigt. Über die PIA könnte man sich oft aufregen. Telefonisch so gut wie nie erreichbar oder es wird abgehoben und gleich wieder aufgelegt. Die 5 Sterne gebe ich jedoch meinen Psychiater. Dieser ist einfach nur klasse....hört sich Probleme an, gibt das Gefühl verstanden zu werden und bietet auch Hilfe an. Die Damen am Empfang wirken jedoch genervt und gereizt. Ein Hallo fällt manchen dort schwer. Dennoch habe ich das Gefühl dort durch den Arzt gut aufgehoben zu sein.
