Was end of 2018 ( December) in this hospital for heard valve replacement (biologic) and to get an bypass. I choice this place on my own because I heard a lot of good things about them.
From the start feeling as an recognized patient. Starting at the reception ( what also my wife experienced u003d she was leaving in a guest apartment where nothing was missing) , the well organized registration and first examinations, the nice infirmary, well designed hospital rooms and the friendly and always attention given nursery.
I was well informed in beforehand about the operation I should get. The doctor took his time.
Good were also the canteen, the lobbies, the kiosk.
For Christmas was organized Christmas music from a wind band group Leipzig.
All over all it was an positive experience ( which I don`t need again hopefully). But if I should I will go back there...
Today I got even a phone call from the heard center if all is OK with me or if I had any problems. How is that? Just great!!!!!

Personal nett wenn man zu ihnen auch nett ist, alles in einen guten und sauberen Zustand, Wartezeiten sind je nach Patienten aufkommen unterschiedlich. Erklärungen an der Rezeption wie was abläuft und wo man sich orientieren kann sind stark verbesserungswürdig. Anzeigetafeln für ältere Menschen schlecht zu verstehen, da sollte dringend nachgebessert werden!!!
Im großen und ganzen fühle ich mich dort gut aufgehoben.

Ein Stern ist ok. Der Rest wäre übertrieben. Ich hab seid ca 4 Jahren Probleme mit dem sehen trotz Brille seid dem ich bestimmte Medikamente bekam. Mein sehen/ Wahrnehmung ist nicht greifbar. Es wurde nichts unternommen und es hieß Augenarzt jedesmal. Nur der kann mir auch nicht weiterhelfen. Obwohl ich schon paar mal bei dem war. Bin seid 2 Jahren in einem Wohnheim untergebracht und es wird nichts besser. Normal müsste das Problem behoben werden. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden mit der Klinik. Man wird wenn es drauf an kommt nicht mehr ernst genommen.
