The only thing that separates me is a wooden sliding door that is neither sealed nor secured in any other way. It would have been nice if I had known that sooner! The people inside scream so often (also in the middle of the night) that I can still hear them despite headphones in my ears. The nursing staff (who are obviously overworked) only reassure me and say that I should have more understanding. I've already had a few surgeries, but I've never felt as uncomfortable in any clinic as I do here, and my urge for solutions falls completely on deaf ears here. OP yes, but I really wouldn't wish an inpatient stay here! If this is our flagship clinic, then cheers meal!

Als Patient wurde ich hier richtig gut operiert, aber das war es auch. Der stationäre Aufenthalt ist unzumutbar. OP wurde nach stationärer Aufnahme erst einmal um vier Tage verschoben. Nach der OP habe ich aufgrund einer rheumatischen Erkrankung solche Rückenschmerzen durch das Liegen bekommen, das ich fast betteln musste, um Schmerzmittel zu bekommen. Teilweise lag ich über eine Stunde unter Schmerzen da bevor mir geholfen wurde (natürlich habe ich den Notfall-Knopf gedrückt). Das kommt dabei heraus, wenn Personal eingespart wird und zwei Leute eine ganze Station betreuen müssen! Die sonstige Einrichtung besteht nur aus Holz, sodass jeder Stuhl einen wieder dazu einlädt neue Rückenschmerzen zu bekommen. Die einzige Bank, die ich nutzen könnte und die keine Holzlehne auf der Station hat, steht in unserem Vorbereich und da wurde mir heute mitgeteilt, dass das angrenzende Zimmer mit Covid-Patienten belegt ist. Mich trennt nur eine hölzerne Schiebetür, die weder abgedichtet noch sonst irgendwie gesichert ist. Wäre schön gewesen, wenn ich das eher gewußt hätte! Die Personen dort drinnen schreien so oft rum (das auch mitten in der Nacht), dass ich sie trotz Kopfhörer in den Ohren noch hören kann. Vom Pflegepersonal (das sichtlich überarbeitet ist) kommen nur Beschwichtigungen und dass ich mehr Verständnis haben soll. Ich hatte schon einige OPs, aber in keiner Klinik habe ich mich so unwohl gefühlt wie hier und mein Drängen auf Lösungen schlagen hier völlig auf taube Ohren. OP ja, aber einen stationären Aufenthalt wünsche ich hier echt keinem! Wenn das unser Vorzeige-Klinikum ist, na dann Prost Mahlzeit!
