Inviting, relaxing, welcoming, clean

Service is friendly, accommodating. The location of the hotel is excellent, very central, all modes of transport are easily accessible.

Rooms are comfy, spacious, well maintained. Beds are very comfy, not too soft, not too hard.
Only big drawback is, the rooms are carpeted, and if you walk on them barefoot, then they feel slightly sticky... ...which I will just attribute to the cleaner used, but overall, I much prefer hardwood floors. They are so much more hygienic.

Bathrooms are clean, well lit, well equipped. The hairdryers are the usual hotel hairdryers, but yeah, it's a budget hotel.

Can't say anything about breakfast.

I chose this hotel for a weekend trip with my girlfriends. I can fully recommend it: The hotel is very centrally located. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are newly furnished and the beds were very comfortable. Many thanks to the team! We will definitely come again.

The room was good, everything clean, BUT I arrived rather late in the evening and really needed to rest and sleep, which wasn’t possible, because the TV screen was a bright light the whole night. I couldn’t switch it on or off, the screen was just brightened up. This was a major inconvenience. It was also too late and I was too tired to wait for a technician to check upon it and so on.
The staff downstairs was also not very friendly and they seemed to be very stressed.
To sum up, I hope that the next stay will be a better experience or just a lower price for lower standards.

I stayed at Ibis Budget. It’s ok and clean but nothing to write home about, just a basic room. For the price payed of 80€ it should in my opinion be better. For that price competitors like MO offer a much better experience.

The hotel is what one expects from Ibis/Accor, good, clean but simple. Located right in the center close to good restaurants, shopping center and train station.

The experience with the receptionists was mixed. At checkout the receptionist was very friendly and efficient. But during check in, I had one of the worst experiences ever. As soon as the receptionist heard that I had an Expedia reservation she became snappy with my wife and me. She was inpatient while I corrected and retrieved the Expedia reservation, kept stressing that she is not an Expedia employee and thus cannot help me wo me asking her for help in the first place. She wanted me to step aside while searching for the Reservation though there was no one behind us in line, etc..

I guess they get a bonus when the customer books at check in with the receptionist bust was frustrated that I preferred to use Expedia because it the Expedia price was lower.

As always, the rooms are clean and have a decent flat screen tv. The bed is comfy too. The people that work here are friendly and there's underground parking. I just wish the guests wouldn't let their room doors slam shut. It can be really annoying, especially after 10:00pm.

The hotel is clean, staff is very nice and the location is unbeatable. Right in the city centre! We had space to charge out Tesla in the mall next door which was super convenient. The AC in our room even though it was working and on its lowest temp, did not help much in the 28 degree weather. But otherwise, good experience.
