Sucht man eine vernünftige Fachberatung und adäquate Produkte erwartet ist hier fehl am Platz. Ich war mit meiner 21 Monate alten Tochter dort im ihr etwas gegen Reise Übelkeit zu kaufen. Mir fiel gleich auf das der Verkäufer völlig überfordert war. Allein im Laden musste er sich um die reguläre Kundschaft sowie im Minuten Takt um Corona Test Kunden. Als wir dann an der Reihe waren, empfahl er mir eine riesige Flasche Vomex, die es angeblich auch nicht kleiner gibt. Gerade gekauft, fiel mir beim einpacken auf das diese bereits einen Monat später abgelaufen wäre. Also wieder rein und getauscht. Auch dabei schien der Verkäufer überfordert als ihm auffiel das alle vorrätigen Packungen dasselbe MHD aufwiesen. Und siehe da er konnte mir dann eine kleinere und günstigere Packung Vomex anbieten. Dazu gab es allerdings keinerlei Hinweise oder Erklärungen. Zuhause angekommen, lese ich im Beipackzettel das es nicht für Kinder unter 6 Jahren empfohlen wird. Umtauschen geht nicht weil ich mit dem Medikament ja schon zu Hause war und man nun nicht weiß wie es zwischenzeitlich gelagert wurde.
Fazit: 10€ für ein Medikament ausgegeben welches nicht nutzlos ist und dem Kind wird im Auto immer noch schlecht. Die schlechteste Apothekenberatung due ich He hatte.
