The museum is a jewel! You must visit even if you don't follow art, the stories and the beautiful art will open up your mind to new things. You can learn so much just in a couple of hours.
Some paintings are just breathtaking.

Beautiful museum, very modern.

The standing collection is well worthwhile, and you can spend up to a day with that alone.

I particularly appreciate the effort to support contemporary art.

Since the moment you enter the place, you can realize how the building is already amazing. Then the different expositions propose an interesting variety from different periods with mainly German and French artist but also a few others.

I had to rush through but was captivated the entire time. The history behind this collection and how it was recovered after the war is worth the visit in itself. Amazing that it is nearly free to enter.
