Attended to a concert at Mendelssohn saal, which is not the main venue but still really nice! Annoying that I was unable to buy tickets for my mother (it said it was sold out) despite the fact of many empty seats beside me

One of the best orchestra in the world. I came to Leipzig mainly to have one experience with Gewanhaus Leipzig Orchestra. Under the baton of Maestro Andris Nelsons, Bruckner symphony #8 was so affection. The acustic and layout of the concert hall is nice.

Wonderful music hall with great architecture. In terms of the design of the sound effect, it is quite balanced. It is a great place to visit if you like to enjoy the performance by worldclass one of the best symphony orchestra, symphonieorchester leipzig, always in collaboration with well known musician. For the young students, it is an good opportunity to get the last minute ticket within very as affordable price. The ticket also includes the transportation in Leipzig covering the 3 hours before and after the official performance starting time.
