You're used to the courteous manner from other shops, but the dark-haired employee who was sitting there bored on his stool next to the checkout area had absolutely no reaction at all. Apparently he didn't have enough time to say hello and his head was too heavy to lift it from the mobile phone display. Same behavior when saying goodbye. Pretty unprofessional and actually cheeky! Unfortunately, something like this gets stuck in my rating.
I also didn't know if he works there or just visits an employee.

Unfortunately, even after the great advice from the "feminine" employee, there was nothing for me, but maybe next time. :)

Ich war auf der Suche nach einer Grillplatte für ein Induktionskochfeld und durch Empfehlung einer Freundin das erste mal in Ihrem anfänglich etwas unübersichtlichem Geschäft. Preislich ist alles etwas weiter oben angesiedelt, aber dafür bekommt offensichtlich, soweit ich das beurteilen kann natürlich auch mehr Qualität.

Beim Betreten in ihr Geschäft wurde ich von einer jungen Dame und einem quirligen, leicht femininen Mitarbeiter freundlich begrüßt und natürlich wie üblich gefragt ob ich etwas suche und man mir helfen darf. Man ist ja die zuvorkommende Art aus anderen Geschäften gewohnt, aber von dem dunkelhaarigen Mitarbeiter der dort gelangweilt neben dem Kassenbereich auf seinem Hocker saß kam absolut gar keine Reaktion. Für eine Begrüßung war ihm anscheinend die Zeit zu schade und der Kopf zu schwer um ihn vom Handydisplay zu heben. Gleiches Verhalten bei der Verabschiedung. Ziemlich unprofessionell und eigentlich schon frech! Leider bleibt bei mir so etwas bei einer Bewertung hängen.
Ich wusste auch nicht ob er dort arbeitet oder nur einen Mitarbeiter besucht.

Für mich war leider auch nach der tollen Beratung des "femininen" Mitarbeiters nichts dabei gewesen, aber vielleicht beim nächsten mal. :)
