Es wird sich nicht an Termin gehalten.Ständig werden Termin verschoben ,ne Stunde Wartezeit ist nichts, aber wenn man selber mal einen Termin verschieben möchte, ist das ein riesen Problem. Freundlichkeit wird auch nicht groß geschrieben und wenn man endlich beim Arzt ist, ist man auch nach 5 min. wieder raus. Das Blutabnehmen dauert länger als die Untersuchung beim Arzt. Alle 3 Monate vorstellig werden damit man ein neues Rezept bekommt ist ja okay, aber jedesmal ein anderer Arzt kann doch nicht richtig sein. Von Vertrauensverhältnis kann da keine Rede sein, wie denn auch , wenn man den Arzt nicht kennt. Enttäuschend das der Mensch als Einzelner nicht mehr zählt, sondern nur noch die Masse. Da ist man beim Hautarzt wesentlich besser aufgehoben

Mir wurde bei der Terminvergabe am Telefon bereits gesagt, dass ich erst zum Container muss, um mich anzumelden. Ich hatte recht kurzfristig einen Termin bekommen und sollte Wartezeit mitbringen. Auch sämtliche Arzthelferinnen/Schwestern waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. In 4 Wochen gehe ich mit gutem Gefühl zu meinem stationären Allergietest!
