Delicious food. All in Lucy is any lunch entree with homemade lemonade and a chocolate soufflé ( like a brownie) for about 18 Euros. Service was polite but abrupt. Typical German. Definitely worth a stop for Thai food. The patio was very nice and everything was clean. They even had blankets on the chairs.

AWFUL SERVICE. If there is 0 star, I want to give them 0 really!!!

I asked to a waiter just in case if they have EN menu because we don’t know German. The waiter said

‘YOU CAN READ THAI, CAN’T YOU?!’

I WAS COMPLETELY SHOCKED!!!!
I believe he said that only because I’m Asian, he assumed that I know Thai. I found it was absolutely RUDE and IGNORANT. The tone of the voice was super ARROGANT!!

And plus, WRONG FOOD SERVED. we ordered shrimp pad thai. But he served chicken instead. We complained about it. But he didn’t even say SORRY but keep insisting we ordered chicken!!!!

This is my first time write down the review for the restaurant. Normally, I couldn’t be bothered give a rating for the places I visit. However, the service of this restaurant really made me angry. Totally ruined our night in Kiel.

The ambience was wonderful, the service was great! I went here after a long doctor's appointment at the nearby klinikum and I was tired and my German was not working at all. But the waitstaff was so kind and nice and one of them spoke to me in Urdu and that was so sweet! The food was good, tea was good, many vegetarian options. If you're not German, don't trust their spice scale. The two chilli sign means it has some herbs and spices and not very hot. Idk if my tea got too cold or I drank it too late but apart from that it was good. It's about 10-20% more expensive than other Asian restaurants of this style. I didn't mind it but you might want to know that before going.

As an Southeast Asian that loves Thai food and frequent Thai cuisine, the food disappoints me. I must say that the restaurant has a good ambience and friendly staffs but the food just wasn’t the kind of “authentic” that I had expected.

Reservation is strongly recommended. Wanton soup is decent, the chicken in Pad Thai was too dry and noodles was tasteless. Mango Sticky Rice- Rice was too hard. But my friend who ordered the same had rice that was soft and chewy less the middle.

Would only recommend here if you just need a decent cozy night out.

I was stung by a wasp and the staff were quick to offer pain relief ☺️.

Went without a reservation and were informed we have to wait 30 mins for the next available table. However to our pleasant surprise, within 5 mins of waiting, we were informed that there is an available table. The waiter was very polite and explained the German menu to us as some of the items in the English menu were no longer available. And to our disappointment they do not offer tom yum soup which I feel is basic for Thai cuisine. Food was average and price is steep for the small portion (especially the appetiser)

Recommended by a colleague in Kiel, we visited on a Thursday and we pleased to find we didn't need a reservation and could sit in the cool September air outside.
The food was frankly magnificent. Pad Thai that was flavoursome and full of chicken and Thai Red curry that had everything you'd expect; served with fluffy Jasmine rice.
