Sehr chaotisch. Ich wurde mit einer akuten Nierenkolik von pontius zu Pilatus geschickt. Musste eine Nummer ziehen und warten. Nach nochmaligen Hinweis auf den akuten Zustand wurde ich dann direkt in die urologische Ambulanz geschickt, obwohl ich darum von Anfang an gebeten hatte... die Damen an der Information hatten auf jeden Fall nicht das Fach Empathie in der Ausbildung. Die MA in der urologischen Ambulanz bekommen von mir 5(!) Sterne. Insgesamt überzeugt mich aktuell die Großbaustelle UKSH aber nicht.
