The Milk Coffee is mediocre, and there is a 10€ minimum for card payment, that they do not inform about beforehand. So if you would like to just sit down for one coffee and don't have cash, look elsewhere.

The best service. We had cheese plate and salami plate. Everything nice served.

The ambience in itself is worth the visit. Amazing staff and a seat by the water (don't have high view expectations as it's at the very end near the bridge) we tried the Eis Schokolade and a Spanish teller with mango and Rhabarber juice, can recommend both ! However the place is actually very well known for its huge range of cocktails and hard drinks and also one of the few places where you get the Becks beer (from Bremen) from the tap in Kiel. To top it all up they had a salsa class in a small deck up there, super happening place all in all!

I got to see my good friend play on the stage and the crowd was friendly to me. The drinks were also top notch.

Very friendly staff and great coffee. Try the apple cake! It's a must. NB! Bring cash. As in half of Germany, the card reader is non-existent.

Blauer Engel a nice place with good food and drinks hot as cold and reasonable and good serving. For Norwegians you can use Norwegian currency as well as your own smoking room in conjunction with the building with open glassware that is bright and nice for those who want a good beer for the smoke with good ventilation.
