they waited for me even when I was a bit far with my bike, so I could hurry and still catch the ferry. that was a kind move.
also, the ticket prices for regular customers on Schwentinelinie (F2) are not expensive, it's the contrary and this is very forthcoming, also for the students and it supports the bike riders.
the Düsternbrook ferry (electro) is the best one!
always customer friendly: they take care of lost bags, they say moin in the mornings and stand by the entrance, they keep the ferries clean and working. also they communicate with the guests in personal by calling out their next takeoff when a guest is mistaking it, they help when someone is lost...
last but not least, the toilets are clean!
