This is a lovely hotel. It’s a little (uphill) walk from the tram or you can take a taxi from town. It’s nice to be set in the park. Rooms are smallish and basic. The spa/pool are great. Has both an indoor and outdoor pool. Breakfast is really good. Dinner is lacking for the price. Service was mostly good. There is a beer garden on weekends that is nice. On Wednesday and Saturdays in the summer, you can hike up to see waterfalls activated (they are only on for about 10 min, so get there on time!) I would come here again, and recommend it…

unfortunately, the worst night ever. it was quite warm weather and there was no Air conditioning in the rooms, I had to open windows wide but that did not help me to sleep but turned me into a happy meal to different kind of insects. the Bed was soft, and has only soft pillows and that was not comfortable at all, I couldn't sleep till 2AM when I start losing the feel of time.
when I complained to the service desk in the morning she explained it to me that they don't have air conditioning in rooms because they don't get much International guests who are sensitive to warm weather. then I knew that it was my fault not the hotel. you might care much about the location or food in the hotel then it is nice place to spend your day time, but if you need an overnight for business and look for a comfortable night run away from this hotel unless you are not an international guest according to their comment.

Perfect location, right at the WILHELMSHÖHE schloss and the park with absolutely beautiful views. The staff was friendly. However for a 4 star hotel and the price our room and bathroom seemed small and outdated. Breakfast wasn’t great with slow service, long queue to coffee machine and rather stale baked goods. I guess it’s all about the location here but small improvements would create a great experience for guests.

Decent hotel, we stayed in their biggest suite which was like $600+ a night. I did like the suite and the huge deck was nice too but the decor was a little questionable at times. I didn't really mind that though, my biggest issue was the service. The staff was often rude or straight up condescending, especially during check-in. While their breakfast options weren't bad I expected more for $600+ a night.

Relaxed luxury in a beautiful natural setting. We enjoyed a short break here, loved the breakfast buffet and had a tasty (vegetarian) dinner. We enjoyed a 'garden room's that has a breathtaking view. The staff is friendly and takes it's time for questions. Very appreciated!
