Leider muss man IMMER mindestens 50 Minuten einplanen um 8 Nummern bearbeitet zu sehen, selbst wenn 3 Schalter besetzt sind! Bis auf einen Herren der offensichtlich bemüht ist den Kunden zu helfen und das schnell habe ich da jedesmal nur Personen gehabt die erstens nach einem Gespräch mit einem Kunden erstmal nur dumm aus der Wäsche gucken und die Wartenden zwei Minuten lang anstarren bevor sie die nächste Nummer aufrufen, dann führen welche von ihnen sogar noch Privatgespräche mit den Kunden während ganze schwärme von reisenden wegen ihnen ihre Anschlüsse verpassen.
