Die hygienischen Verhältnisse sind auch für einen Bahnhof wirklich miserabel. Der Boden ist klebrig und sichtlich schmutzig. Es fühlt sich aber niemand dafür verantwortlich. positiv: im Cafébereich kann man gut Wartezeit als Bahnreisende verbringen. Tische , Sitzmöglichkeiten, Platzangebot prima. Getränke + Snacks gut.

Habe das am 6.7.2022 selbst erlebt, dass 30 Minuten vor Geschäftsschluß noch alles zum Normalpreis verkauft wurde. Von ca. 10 Leuten, die noch etwas kaufen wollten, erhielt nur eine Kundin eine vorbestellte Tüte, vermutlich über die App "Too good to go". Einen Aufkleber dieser (vermeintlichen) Lebensmittel-Retter-Plattform sah ich an der Verkaufstheke. Was das genau ist, wie es funktioniert, wissen aber nur Leute, die sich mit den digitalen Plattformen auskennen und die nötige Technik, also Handys besitzen. Ich war wirklich erschüttert, als ich sah, wie ein Mitarbeiter die nicht verkaufte Ware in blaue Müllsäcke verpackte. Auf Nachfrage bestätigte er, dies würde alles weggeworfen!!! Das ist alles andere, nur kein Lebensmittel retten!
Ein Skandal, wenn man bedenkt, dass es so viele Menschen (auch in Kassel) gibt, die erst Pfandflaschen sammeln müssen, um etwas zu essen kaufen zu können .... Für mein Kaffeegebäck "Streuseltaler" müsste ich übrigens 10! Pfandflaschen sammeln.

Ich kann die ganzen negativen Bewertungen nicht so wirklich nachvollziehen. Es ist halt ein Kamps, da sollte man generell keine große Erwartungshaltung haben. Wegen Corona sind auch leider im Moment die anderen Läden im Bahnhof bis auf Backwerk geschlossen, also kann man sich nun aussuchen von welcher Franchisekette man sich das Industriebrötchen in den Hals schiebt.
