Very nice hotel! The staff is very pleasant, and the room was just awesome! The breakfast is also very good ???????? even more awesome, the transport ticket for the whole family, very practical

Me and my wife planned a trip to Kassel with our 2 kids (1.5 and 4.5 years old) and had the luck to stay at this hotel.
We stayed at the junior suite and the room was super spacious and had an extra bed for our oldest and a baby cot for our little one. Amenities were good as well (Coffee, Tee, Water, AC and TV). The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were nicely cleaned.
Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was simple but had everything we needed to have a nice quiet breakfast.
To finish it off, the location is great since it's located next to the Train station ( No train noises were heard).

Would definitely stay at this location again.

We had a lovely stay at the Best Western Kurfurst Wilhelm 1 hotel. Super friendly staff! We stayed with two small children. We had more than enough space. Beds were comfortable and shower was great. Breakfast had a nice selection and had warm croissants etc. Next visit will definitely stay here again!

Firstly, this is not a big hotel but from the moment we arrived we felt very welcome as your reception team are all so nice.
Our rooms were very comfortable and of a good size with all the necessary facilities.
Breakfast was especially pleasant with a wide choice of food available which was ideal as we were out all day on business.
The Bistro had great food in the evening too and the beer was excellent.
The whole building and all facilities were clean and it was nice to see the history in photos and little plaques to explain.
Finally, we had to leave, but even then the staff were equally friendly and wished us a good trip as well as inviting us back.

Once you find the parking garage the hotel is fine, would make an excellent choice for rail travellers. The TV had no English stations even though they listed them as available. Front desk check-in was excellent, very helpful and offered a great stress relief - thanks. Check-out was fast an efficient. Great little restaurant - food was very well done and service was better than most.

Nice hotel in a kind of old style, my room was quite large as well as the bathroom. Some maintenance would be nice but everything is working fine. The position, just outside the train station, is perfect for travelers. I've found some good restaurant very code to the hotel, the hotel restaurant is not bad but eventually for a quick dinner.

Lovely hotel, very helpful staff, clean and modern rooms. The hotel is very well connected with public transport, lots of places to eat nearby
