Got a real welcome here along with a pile of brochures and much-needed personal recommendations from very friendly folks. They gave me a city map and then spent fifteen minutes circling everything they thought I'd like. This should be your first Karlsruhe stop.

Habe heute dort wegen Störungen beim Buchen von Flixbuskarten angerufen, da diese doch auch Tickets von Flixbus verkaufen. Am Telefon war ein Mann der total unfähig an diesen Posten ist ! Hat keine Ahnung von seinen Job!
Fragt mich allen Ernstes: Und da rufen Sie bei uns an ? Äh wem sollte ich sonst anrufen??. Er scheint nicht zu wissen, was sein Job dort eigentlich ist - nämlich den Kunden die dort anrufen zu helfen.
Solange der heute dort Dienst schiebt- würde ich keinen empfehlen dort anzurufen!!! Denn man bekommt ja keine Hilfe - nur dumme Komentare!!!!
